About
Hi! I am a Data Science major with a minor in Bioinformatics at the University of Florida.
Ever since I learned how to code four years ago through a personal math project, I immediately knew that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my time in life. Through these four years, I’ve dabbled with Java, C++, R, Python, and a little bit of C through personal projects, research, self-learning, and class assignments. While I can’t say that I’m exceptional at coding, I can assure you that I’m less worse than I was the day, week, or month before, and I constantly strive to hone my programming muscles every day. My main interests lie in scientific computing, machine learning, and pathology, and in the future I hope to pursue an MD/PhD in either forensic pathology or radiology.
During my free time I like to play the clarinet, learn Hanja characters, and play rhythm games (Project Sekai and Cytus 2!). In the future, I would love to learn Chinese calligraphy and piano jazz improvisation.
